It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Stefan Lebelt after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Monday, February 24, 2020 at the age of 69 years. He passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Edmonton, Alberta. Stefan is lovingly remembered by his son, Peter (Holly); daughter, Beata (Dariusz); former spouse, Barbara; grandchildren, Victoria (Morgan), Matthew, Keely, Kenzie, Sebastian, and Jakub; great grandchildren, Milo and Sophie; mother, Stanislawa; brother, Andrzej (Agnieszka); multiple cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as numerous extended family and friends from all over the globe.
He was predeceased by his father, Kazimierz; brother, Jozef; and sister, Wanda.

Aurelie Marie Cecile Balanchuk (nee Paulhus)
November 16, 1939 – February 12, 2020
Mrs. Aurelie Balanchuk (nee Paulhus) age 80, of Edmonton died in Edmonton on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. She is survived by her daughter, Erlene (Grant) Monteith; her son, Paul Balanchuk; her 2 grandsons, Clarke and Bryce Monteith; her sister, Edwidge (Jacques) Gouin all of Edmonton; her sister-in-law, Florence Paulhus of Prince Albert; and her brother, Henri (Jean McBeth) Paulhus of Kelowna; also numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Aurelie was born in Batoche November 16, 1939, and moved with her family to Prince Albert in 1947 where she attended St. Paul’s School, then took a business course. In 1955 she ventured to Edmonton and secured a life-long career with CMHC, a career she loved and to which she was loyal through to her retirement. Aurelie was devoted and faithful to her Church and lengthy daily prayers included praise and thanksgiving to her God, the needs of all in her family and everyone in her life and included watching daily Mass on television and recitation of the Rosary. Aurelie and Peter were married in 1963 and he predeceased her in 2009. She was also predeceased by her parents Ferdinand and Alice (nee Boyer) Paulhus, Peter’s parents Jacob and Helen Balanchuk, 8 brothers: Clement (Alvina), Andre, Julien, Raphael “Ralph” (Lucille), Fernand, Marcien (Marvel), Eli, and Philippe, one sister Elmina (Henry) St. Amand also 3 nephews and one niece. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Aurelie’s niece Rebecca Glasscock.

William Vivian Teasdale
February 5, 1925 – January 29, 2020
William Vivian was born on February 5, 1925 at Chester-le-Street , County Durham in northeast England. He died January 27, 2020 at the age of 94 years after a short stay in hospital. William left Hexham with his brothers Ronald and Sydney to fight in WW2, where he served in Burma and India. He married Joan Kent in 1950 and brought his family to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in 1957. He was an electrician by trade and had a long career with Canadian National Railway maintaining diesel locomotives. They established a large social circle in Edmonton with whom they enjoyed competitive ball room dancing ,bowling and house parties. He loved to take family road trips through the mountains to the West Coast, tenting along the way. They also enjoyed escaping winter in the warmer climates of Hawaii, Spain and Australia. He was the primary meal preparer in the family and sang and whistled as he worked in the kitchen. He was predeceased by his parents James and Ethel and his brothers Ronald and Sydney. William will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Joan; his son, Peter and his wife, Shelley; his grandson, Matthew and his wife, Rachel; and nieces, Maureen and Lorna.
Allyson Lynn Kuny (nee Jacobson)
September 22, 1953 - January 18, 2020
It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our Mother Allyson Lynn Kuny (nee Jacobson) at the age of 66 years. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Megan (Samantha); son, Aaron (Tara); grandchildren, Steele (Kirsten) and Jordan (Cory); great grandchildren, Kayden and Sienna; sister, Valerie (Robert); nieces and nephews; all her fur baby grandchildren and her loyal dog Sushi; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edward; son, Craig; parents, Doreen and Bernard Jacobson; and sister, Deborah.

Redge James Slaunwhite
April 29, 1953 – December 24, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Redge James Slaunwhite on December 24, 2019 at the age of 66 years. He was surrounded with love by his son James and good friend Eileen. Redge was eager to help his close friends and family by working on their cars or helping them with handyman things around the house. Redge was a single father and was proud of the young man he raised. He continued his great work ethic as a truck driver in his later years. Those who knew Redge knew he could light up a room with a joke or a laugh. Redge was predeceased by his parents, John and Ida (nee Gagnon) Slaunwhite. He is survived by his son, James Grandbois and granddaughter, Laila Grandbois; brothers; Don (Dianne) Slaunwhite, and Ken Slaunwhite, sisters; Shirley (Joe) Sobochan, Joan (Len) Slaunwhite, and Lorrie Pheasey; close cousin, Ellen Gray; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Eileen Hannah for all the kind support she had shown to Redge during his illness.
