Gordon Stuart Shaner
November 13, 1989 ~ May 30, 2019
Gordon was born on November 13, 1989 and went home to Jesus at the age of 29 years on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Family left to mourn his passing are his Dad, Ralph (Carla); Mother, Karen (Don); Sisters, Belynda and Alicia; Brothers, Jacob and Ralphy; as well as his Grandma Shaner, Aunt Deb, Grandma Fehdrau and several other family members, friends and caregivers.
Before Gordon’s illness, he will be fondly remembered by many as the chatty young man who loved to dress up in a shirt and tie for any occasion, especially to spend time with his family for every holiday, birthday and event. He loved all kinds of music, almost as much as he loved riding his bike. Gordon was very involved in Special Olympics bowling, and Camp Health, Hope and Happiness. His favorite color was yellow, like his bowling ball.
Gordon was predeceased by his “Grandpa Shaner” - Ralph Kimball Shaner; his “farm Grandma” - Iris Ray; and his Brother, Ralph Gordon Shaner.
